Hypnosis is a process of intense direct focus and reception to suggestion. Hypnotherapy is a talking therapy using the vehicle of hypnosis, to encourage an hypnotic mindset of focused attention. This hypnotic mindset of focused attention allows the mind to be open to suggestion and direction to make changes or overcome situations that have become a challenge in your life. It also allows provocation of your own feelings, behaviours, and thoughts, to overcome troubling and limiting issues in your life whilst promoting self-efficacy. You will develop and learn strategies and techniques, positive thought mindset, increasing mind and body wellbeing through identifying and achieving goals. Using evidenced based cognitive hypnotherapy approach we will work together to over come the issue, agreeing a treatment plan that is right for you.

When going through menopause it can be a lonely time even though as women, we will all go through it. However, it is a different unique journey for us all! There are so many symptoms menopause can produce and managing these symptoms can sometimes be so overwhelming or disrupting to our lives leaving us to sometimes struggle emotionally, physically or mentally with what is happening to us. During a menopause coaching session we will talk through your symptoms looking at solutions for symptom management, symptom reduction, acceptance, effect on work life, home life and or social life. Having this support can help make this stage of your life become a time for embracing the opportunity for renewal and personal growth.

This warm and friendly workshop is to embrace and promote self-care for women who are in perimenopause and menopause. There are many symptoms produced by menopause, which can be disrupting to your personal, romantic, professional and social life. In this workshop we will introduce you to some coping strategies and techniques plus ways to reduce the impact some of these symptoms can have. Such as hot flushes, anxiety, brain fog and insomnia.

The workshop will include, mindfulness, a menopause tailored Pilates class, tips, strategies, techniques, a talk and info, plus a guided visualisation class for symptom control. We will also have a break with a drink and some health treats plus a chance to chat to others. We will speak to each of you before you come to help put you at ease if a group workshop is new to you.

Join this online class to motivate you into your week, to achieve any desired goals you set yourself, from direct suggestions delivered through the vehicle of visualisation.  This the perfect way to reset your mindset for goal achievement, whether it is a work or social task or event, healthy eating, or exercise regime or any other personal, sporting or professional goal. All you need is internet connection, a safe and quiet space where you will not be disturbed and your goals for the week in your mind.
