ABOUT NICKY
Hi, I’m Nicky, founder of NKM Therapies.
I created NKM Therapies from a growing understanding of how stress, emotional overload, and the pressures of modern life can leave women feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, stuck in overthinking, and unlike themselves.
With over 30 years of experience working within both commercial business consultancy and social care settings, I spent many years supporting people, teams, and organisations through periods of pressure, challenge, and change.
Alongside this, I have spent the last 10 years retraining and qualifying in areas closely aligned with mindset, emotional wellbeing, nervous system support, and sustainable behaviour change.
My approach combines:
