There are three main pop in areas:

Firstly 🧠 Mind Wellbeing offers a growing library of guided visualisation videos to support Stress, Anxiety, Motivation, and Menopause.
Secondly 💪 Physical Wellbeing features mat Pilates sessions with Move with Lu, tailored to energise and strengthen your body.
Last but not least 🍽️ Wellbeing Recipes is a collection of nourishing, feel-good recipes shared by myself and our wider community. Please do email any recipes your would like to share.

Each section includes a welcome video, easy-to-follow classes, and downloadable handouts where available so you can access support on your own time, in your own way.

Every week, you’ll also receive an email invitation to join a live Zoom Mind Wellbeing class. You’re warmly encouraged to attend in real time, or you can catch up with the recording in the hub whenever it suits you.
