The Hub offers three key areas of support:

Mind Wellbeing
Guided hypnotherapy and visualisation videos exploring topics such as stress, anxiety, motivation, and menopause.
These sessions are designed to help you reset your mindset, manage symptoms, and build supportive habits for long-term wellbeing.

Mindset for Healthy Living
Guided hypnotherapy, relaxation, and visualisation sessions designed to support a positive mindset, motivation, and overall wellbeing.
These sessions gently encourage healthier thinking patterns, greater self-awareness, and supportive habits for everyday life.

Physical Wellbeing
Mat Pilates sessions with Home – Move with Lu, helping you gently strengthen and energise your body.

As part of your membership, you’ll also receive invitations to live Mind Wellbeing membership sessions, providing an opportunity to explore supportive topics in more depth.

These sessions are run as webinars to protect confidentiality, meaning attendees cannot see or identify other participants.

You’re welcome to join live or watch the recordings later whenever it suits you.

At the bottom of this page you’ll also find downloadable resources and handouts designed to inform and support your wellbeing journey.
