NKM Therapies / Wellbeing Hub

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (“the client”) and NKM Therapies (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding the provision of wellbeing services. By booking or attending any session, workshop, or event, you agree to the following:


1. Services Provided

We offer:

    • Clinical hypnotherapy
    • Visualisation & Relaxation Therapy
    • Mindset and wellbeing coaching
    • Menopause coaching
    • Talking therapy
    • One-to-one sessions (in person and online)
    • Workshops and group therapy

These services are supportive and educational in nature and do not replace medical or clinical treatment.


2. Booking & Payment

Wellbeing Hub

Sessions in the Wellbeing hub are included in your monthly membership. (This does not include 1-1 sessions arranged with NKM Therapy)

Non corporate clients: Payment will be taken automatically each month on your chosen payment method.

Corporate Clients: Invoices will be issued monthly on the 1st of every month and are payable within 14 days.

Late payments may incur a fee or result in cancellation of future bookings.

NKM Therapies for Individual Clients:

1-1 Hypnotherapy, Visualisation and Talking therapy

    • Payment is required 48 hours in advance of each session or block
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid charges
    • Late arrivals will result in reduced session time

If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, I’ll contact you promptly to reschedule


3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

There is no minimum term, your membership is completely flexible.

You are free to cancel at any time. Once cancelled, your access will continue until the end of your current paid month, after which no further payments will be taken.

Refunds are not provided for part months.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, emergencies).


4. Working with Children & Young People

    • Written consent from a parent or guardian is required for clients under 18.
    • Sessions may be conducted with a parent present or nearby, depending on age and context.
    • We follow safeguarding protocols and may share concerns with appropriate authorities if necessary.

5. Corporate & Group Services

A written agreement will outline the scope, schedule, and fees for additional corporate workshops or group sessions outside of what is available within the hub.

All written, recorded, spoken and video Materials provided are for internal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

We maintain confidentiality of employee or participant data shared during sessions.


6. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential except where:

    • There is a risk of harm to yourself or others

Disclosure is required by law (e.g. safeguarding, terrorism, money laundering)

In such cases, we will share only necessary information with appropriate authorities and, where possible, discuss this with you the individual first.


7. Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on:

    • What data we collect
    • How it is stored and used
    • Your rights to access, correct, or delete your data

8. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to:

    • Treat practitioners and other participants with respect
    • Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour
    • Attend sessions in a safe and appropriate environment (especially for hypnotherapy)
    • Children must not be in the area or in screen shot.

We reserve the right to refuse service or end sessions if conduct is inappropriate.


9. Disclaimer

The Wellbeing Hub provides supportive content aimed at promoting self-care, emotional, holistic, and physical well-being. However, this content is not a substitute for medical or clinical treatment.

    • We are not medical professionals or certified nutritionists.
    • Hypnotherapy recordings must only be used in a safe, distraction-free environment (e.g., not while driving or operating machinery).
    • Movement practices should be approached with care. Please consult a qualified professional if you have any concerns or pre-existing conditions.
    • Recipes are provided for inspiration only and do not constitute tailored dietary advice.
    • Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

No Guarantees of Outcome: While the Wellbeing Hub offers tools and resources to support personal growth and wellness, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Individual experiences may vary.

Accuracy of Information: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, but we cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors or omissions. Users are encouraged to verify any information before relying on it.

Third-Party Content & Links: Any external links or third-party content shared within the Hub are for informational purposes only. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of these sources.


10. Intellectual Property

Copyright & Intellectual Property: All content provided by the Wellbeing Hub and NKM Therapies, including text, audio, video, and graphics, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.


11. Complaints

If you have concerns or feedback, please contact us directly. We aim to resolve issues promptly and professionally.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
